Homestay in Côte-Des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-De-Grâce

Hello.
We are looking for students that would like to rent a great space near snowdon metro (close to all schools and universities) 10 minutes away from downtown Montreal. We have just renovated the whole upper floor. There are 4 rooms available, each with a bed, desk, chair and dresser/closet. The apartment has a new bathroom, new kitchen (shared) and comes fully furnished with a washer and dryer for your laundry. Internet is included as is heat and electricity. We do not furnish meals but have a very large fridge at your disposal and a stove. We are looking for mature students, non-smokers, we speak English, French and Spanish. I come from Cuba. My wife and 2 daughters also love meeting new people from all over the world. Our neighbourhood is safe and quiet and we are close to many shops, banks, pharmacy, etc. Our place will be ready to rent by mid-February 2017. Every room will have a lock on the door. If you need anything we are right downstairs.
